For the past two years, Meeker Elementary School has engaged in learning opportunities through a partnership with Wisdom Ways Academy in Ghana, Africa. This partnership has been facilitated by OneSeed, which is a nonprofit organization run by a Meeker High School graduate. OneSeed has also offered curriculum materials for one of the elective courses at Barone Middle School during the 22-23 school year. Registration for preschool programs in Colorado is changing for the 2023-2024 school year. Families with children who will be four years old by July 1, 2023 are encouraged to register for Universal Preschool at upk.colorado.gov by May 11, 2023. Meeker Elementary School will hold a follow up event in early August to share specifics about our preschool program.
